In your favorite television news network, GNB, past the screen and friendly faces you know, beyond the glass, and into the fine clockwork that makes the channel tick, there are some things that you shall always find- politics brimming with huge egos, bad-mouthing assistants, deadlines ticking closer, divas and personal assistants mixing it up. Then somewhere, sometime along the way there was Claude.

Claudia 'Claude' Casey used to be destined to wander the corridors of the network as one of the many temp secretaries. Finally noticed, a short elevator ride transports her from the mailroom to the anchor's desk in a heartbeat. No longer a 'forever temp', and as a new inductee to the executive suite, she will have to learn how to make friends and appease enemies, avoiding politics all the while.

Created by Terry Minsky and centered around Claude [Sara Rue], "Less Than Perfect" is a popular American sitcom detailing the trials and tribulations of a young female and her colleagues working at a television news network.

The title of the show "Less Than Perfect" coupled with the central character's 'full-figure' struck a chord with audiences, as Rue [who plays Claude] is a size 10 to 12 , a normal average size for most Americans in real-life, but one that is rarely depicted on screen.

Hired as anchor Will Butler [Eric Roberts]'s assistant, Claude will come to know Andy Dick [as Owen Kronsky], Will Sasso [Carl Monari], and Sherri Shepherd [Ramona Platt] as friends and co-workers, as she tries to avoid the venom of Zachary Levi [Kipp Steadman], and Andrea Parker [playing Lydia Weston], all the while juggling her chores and work responsibilities. How will perky Claude's warmth and compassion manage to melt the hearts of the competitive up-and-comers?

Anchors slipping-up on air, assistants embezzling company money for personal procedures, ice queens, divas, assistants, and more in the whacky world of television news. Stay tuned.
