With the two main characters named after the writers of the script (the director Fred Wolf being one of them), this nature-comedy is silly and guaranteed to squeeze side-splitting laughs out of you, no matter what kind of comedy you prefer.
When Peter Gaulke's dad passes away, he leaves him his legacy- a nature TV show. Peter (Zahn) and Fred Wolf (Allen Covert) use a formula for the new show that quickly has the viewer ratings falling so fast that they're given a two weeks' notice to be taken off the air. With dad's legacy on the line Peter and his crazy crew will travel to South America to capture footage of Bigfoot, and place their show 'Strange Wilderness' forever on the nature-show map and save it from being taken off the air.
With crazy voice-overs to old stock nature footage, and hilarious scenes such as one of a shark swimming by (you'll know what we mean when you see it), a stellar cast, and unforgettable lines such as 'Monkeys make up over 80% of the world's monkey population', how can you go wrong?
