The crazy girls’ school, St. Trinian, run by its equally eccentric headmistress Miss Camilla Dagey Fritton (Rupert Everett), has to come up with a plan to pay the bank, as well as thwart Geoffrey Waites’ schemes, to keep the school in business…

Annabelle Fritton (Talulah Riley) is admitted to St. Trinian by her aunt Camilla and dad Carnaby (Rupert Everett). It takes her some time but she finally learns she has to earn any respect she hopes to be awarded.

But then Education Minister, Geoffrey Thwaites (Colin Firth), initially intending to humiliate the school and its administration to make an example out of it, is given a welcome unlike any other, resulting in him investing every effort and thought into how to shut down St. Trinian…
