Saw VI

Jigsaw has returned with a new set of challenges, this time for an insurance CEO.

In Saw VIJohn Cramer (Tobin Bell) gives orders from the grave, this time directed toward William (Peter Outerbridge), the CEO of a health insurance company.  Jigsaw has devised a series of tortuous challenges for the exec, each designed to highlight the character's own immorality. 

In one key scene six of William's colleagues are strapped to a carousel.  The CEO is permitted to save just two of their lives, while the remaining four are blasted in the head with a shotgun.  Jigsaw draws a parallel between the challenge and healthcare providers' ability to effortlessly deny or approve potentially lifesaving coverage.
