Three thieves on a train collaborate, though their plans slowly crumble
A traveling salesman named Peter (Steve Zahn) and a med student named Chloe (LeeleeSobieski) are traveling together on a nearly empty passenger train. An old man suddenly walks into their car, swallows a handful of pills, chases it with a cup of vodka, and drops dead.
The conductor, Miles (Danny Glover) is called to the scene. When they discover the man has expensive jewelry and other items with him, they consider dumping his body and stealing his belongings. It sounds simple, but becomes much more complicated as the trip progresses, and supernatural elements appear.
