Ex-Special Forces- turned mercenary-turned hardened criminal Vic (Michael Lazar) is immersed in a world of crime, cons and double-crosses, hits and drug deals, crooked cops and crime bosses. Along for the ride is his partner Frank (Paul Sloan). Vic's world comes crashing down when a drug deal goes bad leaving Vic in debt to crime boss Santo (Nick Vallelonga), who wants Vic to settle the score by killing the three witnesses that can point their fingers and indict him for murder. Santo sends his top lieutenant and stone-cold killer Ray (Michael Madsen), who can't wait for Vic's end of the deal to be done so he can take out Vic and Frank. In the meantime, Vic's grifter girlfriend Thea (Lisa Arturo) and Frank's sexy girlfriend Layla (Michele Lombardo), have their own plans on how to double-cross their guys and make a run with the prize.

Now Vic is going crazy trying to juggle: Santo and settling his debt by whacking the witnesses, their designated chaperone Ray [Santo's top hitter], Thea and Layla- who intend to double cross their guys, as well as Asian crime lord Cho (Garret Sato) and his man Butch (James Russo), who are applying their brand of pressure to get Vic to take out Santo. And to spice things up a little, add the crooked vice cop Ford (Neal McDonough) who keeps hunting down Vic and Frank.
