A son returns to Ireland following his estranged father's death and unearths a troubling secret.

Ed Hunter (Alan Devine) is a psychologist living in New York City who has just been informed that his estranged father has passed away in Ireland.  Although Ed has never met his father, he decides to attend the funeral in an attempt to better understand his past, and to reacquaint himself with his extended family.

Once there, Ed discovers that his father disappeared while summoning the spirit of a mother and daughter who had been buried alive 1000 years earlier by one of his ancestors.  Ever since a curse has loomed over the Hunter clan.  Can Ed possibly remove it, or will he merely die trying?
