Churchill: The Hollywood Years

A satire that takes a swing at how Hollywood likes to rewrite history, placing America center stage. In this 'Hollywood History' Churchill is depicted as a young, zesty US Marine who falls in love with Queen-to-be Elizabeth II, and of course single-handedly saves the day.

Winston Churchill is an American GI who is fed up with waging World War II in Europe. He takes a ride to Britain to try and convince the king to enter Britain into the war. Being American, of course, his timing is impeccable, and he manages to intercept a conspiracy between Hitler and the king's right-hand man, and to also fall in love with and recruit as an agent a young Elizabeth II.
