A New York based accountant Dennis Sullivan (Christopher Gorham) is assigned to work for a wealthy young widow Katie Wells (Susan Misner) who lives alone with her young son, Jake (Ben Hyland) a young boy obsessed with a TV Superhero called Man America. But Dennis is so touched by the boy when he realizes that the boy uses this imaginary Superhero to replace the void left by his dead father, that he heads straight for a costume shop to acquire a Man America costume. While he is changing in the shop’s dressing room, an attempted robbery takes place, and he rushes out while still in his costume and chases the robber away, all under the recording lenses of a security cameras, soon the footage hits the airwaves and everyone around town is crazy for the new vigilante superhero, including Jake.

Dennis will find himself torn between his wish to remain unknown and pleasing everyone around him and become Everybody’s hero, in this delicious sweet romance with an endearing child like naiveté.
