The transition from convicted felon to ex-con is no easy road for Johnny Cooper (Matthew Modine). When his parole officer (David Keith) assists in getting Johnny employment at a chop shop, it is only a matter of time before the criminal element returns. Johnny betrays the trust he has earned by hanging out with his sleazy brother (Kevin J. O'Connor).
