Once there, it is the eye and the wit of the would-be writer Eugene that craft such a deep story from the situation at hand. And of course once Eugene’s behind is in Biloxi, Mississippi, it belongs to none other than the megalomaniac drill-sergeant Merwin J. Toomey (Christopher Walken), and the impressive Daisy (Penelope Ann Miller)…
