The film is inspired by one of the most marking events, in recent Indian history. An incident, that many years later still has an effect on the city and in the minds of those who witnessed it. The film, details the now infamous Shootout at Lokhandwala, which took place in Mumbai in 1991. While a group of hardened criminals count the loot of their latest heist, a police squad is right outside their apt at Lokhandwala complex. The raid led by a fearless policeman, ACP Khan, and the decision he took to open fire, a decision that will change his life and the lives of all involved. As despite the fact, this was almost a heroic act and a favor to the city, he will end up in a lengthy legal battle, criticized from infringing many human rights by conducting his raid.
