Upon his completion of his sentence Madan Chopra returns to his former boss businessman Sharma who sent him to jail for embezzlement. Chopra pleas to be forgiven and when his pleas are heard and Sharma rehires him Chopra exacts his revenge for the time in jail and steals the whole company through a power of attorney. The blows keep coming as Sharma and his family are evicted from their home while his newborn baby is terribly ill. Sharma dies while buying her medicine before his daughter dies herself and his wife Shobha loses her mind. All that’s happened makes Sharma’s son Ajay swear that one day he will avenge his family’s ruin at the hands of the evil Chopra…
